What is HelaCommerce?

HelaCommerce gives merchants a hosted storefront and a Store Admin for managing day-to-day commerce. Each store has its own Store Runtime and store-scoped data access.

What you can manage

• Products, categories, variants, collections, and stock.
• Orders, delivery details, customer communication, and supported payment methods.
• Store presentation, pages, themes, and navigation.
• Customer accounts, wishlists, loyalty, returns, and moderated product reviews where enabled.

The features available to a store can depend on its plan and configuration. This guide does not promise that every optional integration is enabled.

How the parts fit together

Your merchant account uses HelaCommerce Platform. The store itself is served by a dedicated Store Runtime. Shoppers use the storefront and may create a passwordless customer account using email verification.
