Create a store
Start the store setup journey and understand the steps before launch.
Before you begin
Verify your merchant email and sign in to the dashboard. Store creation may include plan selection and a payment or pre-approval step; review the current on-screen terms before confirming.
Start setup
- Select Create Store from the dashboard.
- Enter the requested store and business details.
- Choose an available plan and review its current price and billing terms.
- Complete any required billing authorization in the provider flow shown.
- Return to HelaCommerce and wait for the store setup status to update.
Do not refresh or submit repeatedly while a request is processing. If setup reports an error, use the dashboard's retry or support instructions rather than creating duplicate store requests.
Expected result
When setup completes, the store appears in the dashboard and can be opened in Store Admin. Provisioning time depends on infrastructure availability.
