Use the merchant dashboard
Find your stores, account settings, and the entry point for store setup.
Sign in with your merchant email and password to open the dashboard. The dashboard is the control-plane workspace for your merchant account and stores.
If you have no store yet
Use Create Store to start store setup. Plan selection and any required billing step belong to the store-creation journey, not the merchant account signup form. Review the plan and payment details shown before continuing.
If a store already exists
Choose the store you need to manage. Store operations open in that store's Store Admin; Platform account and subscription settings remain separate.
Account access
Use account settings for supported profile and password-recovery actions. HelaCommerce does not display or store your password in merchant business records.
