Manage merchant subscription billing

Merchant subscription billing is separate from the payment methods your shoppers use at checkout. Open Billing from the merchant dashboard to review subscription accounts for your stores.

Review a store account

Each store has its own subscription account, billing address, payment-method assignment, and invoice history. Open the store account to review its plan, billing state, next charge date, payment status, and billing email.

Update billing details

Save the store's billing address from its account details. A billing address is required before adding a payment method. Use the payment-method controls to select a saved method for that store's subscription; changing your default saved method does not automatically reassign existing subscriptions.

Review invoices

Use the account's invoice history to review invoice number, period, amount, currency, and status. Download an available invoice from its row. If an invoice or payment status looks unexpected, do not retry payment based only on the display; contact HelaCommerce support with the store and invoice references.
