Create a discount or promotion
Add a discount code or automatic promotion and review its status before sharing it.
Open Discounts in Store Admin and choose the create action. Enter the promotion name, supported type/value, code if required, and the applicable limits or minimum spend shown in the form.
Review start/end dates, usage limits, eligible products, and active status carefully. Test totals with a synthetic cart before sharing a code. A promotion changes the order total but does not represent a payment or refund.
Use the list controls to edit or disable a promotion. Confirm that its status is inactive before assuming it cannot be applied at checkout.
