These terms are placeholder launch-readiness copy and should be replaced with reviewed legal terms before production customer onboarding.

HelaCommerce is provided as a commerce platform foundation for hosted store setup and early customer validation.

Merchants are responsible for their products, customer communications, fulfillment, taxes, payment instructions, and compliance obligations.

Real payment gateways, courier integrations, SMS, and advanced operational guarantees are not included unless added in later phases.
