Configure shipping and delivery
Review the store's delivery areas, rates, and checkout address requirements.
Open Shipping & Delivery in Store Admin to view the current shipping configuration. Set delivery areas and rates using the controls available for your store.
Before publishing rates
- Confirm each service area and rate with your delivery provider.
- Check Cash on Delivery availability separately from shipping availability.
- Test checkout with a valid Sri Lankan province and district selection.
- Review the order's saved delivery address before fulfillment.
The server calculates shipping from the configured rules. Do not promise an unconfigured rate or delivery time in product copy.
