Write and manage product reviews
Learn who can review a product, what Verified Purchase means, and how moderation works.
To submit a review, sign in to the store customer account used for the purchase. Reviews are associated with an eligible completed order item. If you bought the same product more than once, choose the purchase you intend to review when prompted.
Verified Purchase
The Verified Purchase label is based on the exact order item associated with the review. It does not reveal the customer's private order details.
Moderation
New reviews may require merchant moderation before they appear publicly. Store Admin can approve or reject reviews. Only reviews allowed by the store's moderation rules contribute to its public rating and count.
If the review action is unavailable, check that the order is completed and has not already been reviewed for that purchase.
