Create and verify your merchant account
Sign up with your email and password, then verify the email address before continuing.
Before you begin
Use an email address you can access. Merchant signup requires a password and email verification.
Create your account
- Open the HelaCommerce signup page.
- Enter your name if requested, email address, password, and password confirmation.
- Submit the form and check the mailbox for that address.
- Enter the six-digit verification code in HelaCommerce.
- After verification, continue to your dashboard.
The verification code is for signup verification. Normal merchant login uses your email and password; it does not request a new code each time.
If the code does not work
Check that you are using the newest code and that all six digits were entered. Use the resend action if available, and observe any cooldown shown by the page. Never share the code with support or another person.
